- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments.
- The deposit serves as a commitment fee, securing your scheduled time and allowing us to reserve our therapists exclusively for you.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:
- If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
- Deposits for cancellations made before the 24-hour window can be applied towards rescheduling the appointment.

Late Arrivals:
- Clients arriving late will experience a reduction in their scheduled treatment time.
- In cases of significant lateness, a full body massage may not be possible due to time constraints.

Respect for Time:
- Your appointment is an investment in both your time and ours. We value and respect your commitment to self-care.
- We kindly request that you arrive promptly for your scheduled appointment to ensure you receive the full benefit of your chosen treatment.

Policy Enforcement:
- If cancellations occur within the 24-hour window or without proper notice, the deposit will be forfeited.
- To rebook another appointment, a new deposit will be required.
